Do you charge a call-out fee?
Only when the job is more than 25 km away. Closer than that, there’s no call-out fee.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within the week. JP looks at his schedule and makes a plan that works for you.
Do you take after-hours and emergency calls?

How quickly will I get a quote?
Quotes are free and usually go out within a few days.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year on larger installations and 6 months on smaller jobs.
Can you monitor my CCTV cameras?
Yes. Besides installing cameras that record, we can arrange monitoring so that someone watches the cameras for you.
